With 22 years of experience spanning the most rigorous sectors of industry—including Defense Contracting, Aerospace, Manufacturing, and Research & Development—Justin brings an elite level of expertise to the world of EH&S.

A proud "Mountaineer" with three degrees from West Virginia University, he holds two Master of Science degrees in Industrial Hygiene and Safety Management, as well as an undergraduate degree in Environmental Protection. As both a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) and a Certified Safety Professional (CSP), he possess the "gold standard" of credentials in the safety industry.

Throughout a career that evolved from EH&S Engineer to Director of EH&S, Justin has mastered the complexities of auditing, data systems, and risk identification. Having led safety initiatives for large-scale operations in Medical Waste and Defense, they founded KIHS Services to solve a common problem: the "expertise gap."
